We're all about spreading that Soul Sister vibe, and we know you’re ready to rock your new threads! Orders usually ship within a week from our Vancouver HQ, so you’ll be groovin’ in no time.
Shipping within CANADA
FREE shipping on purchases over $500 for all domestic orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to ship your order and 3-7 business days to receive your order.
International shipping
You may choose your preferred method of shipping at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
International Customs/Import taxes
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Soul Sister since 1969 must declare the full dollar $$$ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately we are unable to place a lower value on your parcel.
